The Little River Chapter of Trout Unlimited was formed in 1992 to serve conservation minded members from Blount, Sevier, and Loudon counties. Its main mission has been to preserve the aquatic resources of the Little River watershed, which include the headwater streams inside the boundaries of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This is accomplished through our participation in cooperative conservation projects with the Fisheries Department of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

While conservation is our main goal, members enjoy activities related to fishing and the outdoors. Some of the best spin casters, fly casters, fly tyers and rod builders in East Tennessee are active members of the Little River Chapter.  To read a complete summary of the history of our chapter <click here>.
